Method of Preparation
Ingredients:
2 medium sized red bell pepper
1 small onion
1/2 tsp. ginger paste
1/2 tsp. cumin powder
1/2 tsp. coriander powder
4 red chillies
2 tsp. oil
Preparation Methods:
Fry all the above ingredients in a pan with 2 tsp. of oil for 5 minutes on medium heat. Then grind the mixture with salt and tamarind to taste without adding water.
To Serve:
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with idli/dosa.
