Neer dosa is a delicacy from the Tulu Nadu region in south west coastal India, it is part of Tuluva Cuisine. It is a soft, thin, light and lacy crepes made with rice batter. No fermentation required.

Method of Preparation
Ingredients:
Rice - 1 glass.
Salt to taste
oil to grease the pan
Preparation Methods:
Soak rice for 2 - 3 hours in a container with water.
Grind the rice with cooked rice and salt.
Pour water and make the batter as thin as possible.
Pour the batter on the dosa thava and put little oil or ghee to prepare Neer Dosa.
To Serve:
Serve hot with Chutney / vegetable saagu / chicken curry for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
