Kesari bath is a sweet Indian food that is popular throughout the country. The classical ingredients used for its preparation are semolina, sugar, ghee, water and milk.

Method of Preparation
Ingredients:
Semolina (Suji/Rave) - 1 cup
Milk - 3/4 cup
Water - 2 cup
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Raisins and chopped Almonds - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 1 cup
Saffron
Preparation Methods:
Make syrup of sugar and water. Bring it to a boil and continue boiling till it thickens. Remove from the fire and keep it aside.
Heat the Ghee in a large vessel (karahi). Fry the semolina in it till it turns golden brown.
Add the sugar syrup to it and keep stirring. When it becomes thick add the milk, saffron, raisins and almonds. Cook till the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan.
