Manchurian is quite famous in India as street food. The taste of dry manchurian will be simply amazing and it is a great dish for parties.

Method of Preparation
Ingredients:
Rice 1 cup
Cauliflower 20gms
Carrot 50gms
Cabbage 100gms
Egg 1(optional)
Coriander small bunch
Curry leaves 4-5
Maida 4 tbsp
Oil as required
White pepper 1/2tsp
Salt 2tsp
Chilli powder according to taste
Ajinomoto 1/2tsp
For the sauce:
Onion 1
Ginger paste 1tsp
garlic paste 2 garlic pods
Corn flour 2tsp
Water 3tbsp
Ajinomoto 1/4tsp
Salt 1/2tsp
White pepper 1/4tsp
Soya sauce as required
chilli sauce as required
Preparation Methods:
Chop all the vegetables very finely. Add maida, egg and all seasonings.
Mix well and deep fry till brown.
Set aside.To make the sauce: Heat oil then add finely chopped onions & garlic.
Stir till transparent, then add ginger paste, corn flour, water, soy sauce, chilli sauce and salt. Mix well.
