Aloo raita is very delicious and is made by mixing boiled potatoes, curd, green chilly and garnished with chopped coriander.

Method of Preparation
Ingredients:
1 small onion chopped
1 small boiled and cut potato
1 small tomato chopped
6 tbsp. of curd
1/4 tsp. cumin powder
1/4 tsp. chilly powder
1/4 tsp. coriander powder
Preparation Methods:
In a vessel beat curd till smooth with a spoon. Add cumin powder, coriander powder and chilly powder. Saute onions, tomato and potato in one tsp. of oil. Add the sauted vegetables to the curd mixture. Add salt and lime juice to taste.
To Serve:
Sprinkle red chilli powder and roasted cumin powder and serve chilled.
