This is one of our family favorite variety rice dish. It is very easy to prepare and it is very good for stomach ache. Also it cures the stomach ailments including indigestion.

Method of Preparation
1 cup mint leaves
4 green chilies
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 small pieces of cinnamon
1/2 coconut grated
tamarind to taste
1 medium size onion chopped
1/4 bunch coriander leaves finely chopped
2 cups cooked basmati rice
Grind mint leaves, green chilies, garlic, cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, tamarind and grated coconut with little water.
In a pan heat 3 tsp. of oil. Add sesame seeds. After they splutter add onions and fry till golden brown.
Add the ground mixture, coriander leaves and salt to taste.
Bring the mixture to boil.
Mix it with cooked rice and serve hot.
Garnish with coriander leaves and grated coconut and serve hot.
