Reimbursement Claim:
  • Call the relevant number specified in the policy and intimate the company or assistance service provider either before visiting the doctor or immediately after visiting the doctor.
  • Pay from your pocket and claim for reimbursement later.
  • Register your claim.
  • As per the guidance of the claims department, submit all the relevant documents and medical bills to the specified address.
  • Verification and authentication of the submitted bills.

Deductible means the amount of expenses to be incurred by the Insured / Insured Person before any benefit under this Policy shall become payable and shall not be reimbursed by the insurance company.
