Extension of Reliance travel insurance policy

Dear Sir,

I have taken a Reliance travel medical insurance when I was traveling overseas for 6 months. Due to some reason my stay has been extended and my insurance cover is expiring this month. Can you please guide me to renew my insurance for another 4 months.

Thank you for contacting NRIOL for your Reliance travel insurance renewal.
Please fill the online extension form. The online extension form is available at Reliance Travel Insurance Extension
In case the applicant has made claims on the policy, then please provide details of the claims while filling the online application form. We will use the details to get approval from the head office to allow renewal of the policy.
Please note that the sum total number of days covered under the first policy and the subsequent extensions should not exceed 360 days. Please also note that the policy has to be extended before it expires.

The travel dates for my parents have changed again to 18th June instead of 9th June. Kindly reissue the Reliance Travel policy for them with start date as 17th June (+ 90 days ahead of that).
