We will issue a new policy with the new policy number. The new policy will work as an extension of the existing policy. Once we get an approval from the head office, we will send you the webpage where you can renew the policy online using your credit card / debit card. Once you complete the purchase we will issue a new policy and this new policy will work as an extension of the existing policy.

I have just taken an TATA AIG overseas travel insurance for my mother and the date of birth is being wrongly indicated in the policy. Can this be corrected immediately.
Her date of birth needs to be changed from 1-Jan-1950 to 15-Jan-1950.
