I have attached the visa refusal letter received from the Ireland Embassy for my mother Lily.
You may kindly cancel the policy and arrange to send the cheque directly to my bank by courier. Please deduct your courier charges if applicable. Please do not make out the cheque in my mother’s name as she does not have any bank account.

Customer support team from TATA AIG was very helpful over the phone and ensured a quick closure of the transaction. I could not complete the transaction online, but customer support team helped do it over the telephone in a very quick time. Really commend his customer service support.
