  • Famous for: Hoolock Gibbons
Baghmara Reserve Forest
  • Location: Baghmara
  • Famous for: Elephants, Birds and Langurs. It is also a best place for bird watchers.
Nongkhyllem Wildlife Sanctuary
  • Location: Ri-Bhoi district
  • Famous for: Bengal tiger, Black bear, Leopard, Necked hornbill and Brown hornbill bird.
