Yes you can renew the Chola MS health insurance policy by filling the Chola MS travel insurance online renewal request form. Once the insured submits the online renewal form, it will be forwarded to the underwriting team who will either approve or reject the extension. Renewal is based on good health declaration and having no claim in the policy period.
