Policy Maximum |
Maximum medical coverage is $50,000 or $100,000 per each injury or sickness. For 70+ age group coverage is limited to $50,000.

Deductible |
$75 or $150 per each injury or sickness (deductible applies only once for each injury or sickness and not each time you visit the hospital or doctor. For 70+ age group deductible is $250 per each injury or sickeness.

Co-insurance |
Plan will pay 100% of the pre-set covered amount.

Eligibility |
- Persons who are non-US citizens, over the age of 14 days who is traveling to the United States for business, pleasure, to study or to immigrate, who has arrived in the United States within the 24 months prior to the proposed Effective Date, who have paid premium as outlined in the enrollment application, and who have completed the enrollment form in complete detail are eligible for Inbound Immigrant. |

Pre-Existing Condition Definition |
- Pre-Existing Condition means the existence of symptoms within the six (6) months (12 months for Insured Persons 70 and older) immediately prior to the Insured Person's Effective Date under the policy; any condition which originates, is diagnosed, treated or recommended for treatment within six (6) months (12 months for Insured Persons 70 and older) immediately prior to the Insured Person's Effective Date under the policy; or congenital conditions.
