This insurance is designed for your multiple overseas trips in a year. The coverage is also available for US citizens who take multiple trips outside of America in a year. Patriot Multi Trip America covers non US Citizens travlling multiple times annually outside their home country. It also offers pre-existing conditions coverage. It is administered by International Medical Group

Plan highlights

Policy Maximum:

$1,000,000
Travelers age 70-75 years: $50,000

Deductible:

$250 per each covered illness.

Co-insurance:

Treatment Outside the U.S. and Canada: No coinsurance
Treatment inside the US and Canada:
- In the PPO Network - The plan pays 90% of eligible expenses up to $5,000, then 100% up to the Maximum Limit.
- Out of the PPO Network - The plan pays 80% of eligible expenses up to $5,000, then 100% up to the Maximum Limit.

Coverage:

Emergency Reunion: $50,000
Return of Mortal Remains: $50,000
Return of Minor Children: $50,000
Hospital Daily Indemnity for US citizens: $100 per night, up to 10 days
Terrorism: $50,000 lifetime Maximum

Benefit period:

$5,000 for a maximum of 30 days with proof of current medical insurance.

Travel Plans:

Sudden and Unexpected Recurrence of a Pre-existing Condition

Medical: Up to $5,000 per period of coverage.
Emergency Medical Evacuation: Up to $25,000 of eligible costs and expenses.
