Critical Care Insurance - Claim Process
- In order to make a claim, make an immediate notice in writing to the Company
Critical Illness Claim: Intimate ICICI Lombard within 30 days from the date of diagnosis of the concerned illness/surgical procedure
Personal Accident Claim: Intimate ICICI Lombard within 7 days from the date of occurrence of the accident/ injury
- Submit all reasonable documents - information, assistance and proofs in connection with any claim within 30 days from the occurrence of the event.
